Postage is offered to Europe. After payment, shipments take 48 hours, except during sales or busy periods. Shipments made by carrier nacex and dpd.

Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the footwear and communicated by email online@xuz.pt. 

The shoes cannot reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, we are responsible for collecting the part for exchange and delivering the new part. In case of return, it is the customer's responsibility to send the part they want to return to our facilities.

If returned during sales periods, you will receive a refund of the value of your purchase minus shipping costs (€15). Refunds may take 7 business days after receipt of the item.
