Portugal

Exchanges and returns must be made within a period of 14 days after receiving the piece and communicated by email online@xuz.pt.

All labels must be kept and the footwear cannot reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, we are responsible for collecting the pair for exchange and delivering the new pair, if it is the 2nd or more, there is an associated cost of €10 to collect and deliver the new piece.

In case of return, the customer is responsible for sending the pair he wants to return to our facilities, if he prefers collection by our carrier, a fee of €10 will be deducted from the return.

In case of return by MB we will need an IBAN to proceed with the refund, payments by paypal or visa returns are by the same route, payments by Klarna refunds are made by bank transfer, removing the 5% credit handling fee.

If you have paid shipping and opt for a return, this amount is non-refundable.
