Exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the part and communicated by email online@bohome.pt. 

All tags must be kept and the piece cannot reveal signs of use, otherwise the exchange/return will not be accepted.

The first exchange is free, it is our responsibility to collect the part for exchange and deliver the new part. In case of return, the customer is responsible for sending the part to be returned to our facilities.

In case of return, during sales periods, you will receive a refund of the value of your purchase minus the shipping costs (5€). Refunds may take 3/4 working days after receiving the item.
